Trouper 3.0 - Cobalt Blue/Black
Plenty of room for clubs. Pockets are large enough for my gear. The ball pockets on either side of the Cooler pocket took some getting used to. The only thing I’m concerned about are the legs! They don’t seem as strong as past bags I’ve owned (Ping). So far happy with the purchase!👍

Trouper 3.0 - Charcoal
Loved the look of the bag, did all kinds of research and went with this one after having a Ping Hoofer that lasted me 13 years.
The shoulder strap broke the second time I used it. Just ripped off the attachment point. I did get a replacement sent quickly which was nice. But we will see if it lasts too.

Trouper 3.0 - Cobalt Blue/Black
I have not had an opportunity to use the new bag yet due to a recent death in the family and travel. I would like to comment on design features. I currently have two Jones bags: a Rover stand bag and the recently purchased Trouper 3.0. The Rover stand bag is for the most part a better fit for me - I like the size and the lighter weight, I sometimes walk, I generally have less than 14 clubs in the bag, and the pockets - with one glaring exception - are adequate. The big disadvantage of the Rover is that it lacks a full length garment pocket. That’s a problem for me because I often tee off early and during some parts of the year there can easily be a 25 degree temperature change between the first tee and the eighteenth green. The pockets in the Rover do not accommodate multiple layers (e.g., a jacket and a sweater). It would be easy to solve this problem by adding a full length garment pocket on one side of the Rover (replacing the smaller side pocket on the current model), and I am sure this could be done without adding more than 0.2 or 0.3 pounds in weight. The Trouper 3.0 adds the full length garment pocket that I need, but it is heavier, has a larger diameter top than I need, and has a large insulated drink pocket that I really have no use for. I know that you can’t tailor your golf bags to fit the idiosyncrasies of every player, but I believe a lot of your customers would find the Rover stand bag much more useful with the simple addition of a full length garment pocket on one side. In my opinion this one simple change would make the Rover bag almost perfect for a large segment of your customer base.

Trouper 3.0 - Sage Leaf/Black
Love the bag - it's slick and clean in appearance and has the pockets I need for my round. I went from a cart bag to this so there's a little loss of space but more than enough for the average day. Love the cooler pocket and two soft lined pockets. Can't wait for the Midwest to warm up so I can get out there with it!
