Orders processed during the business week (Monday-Friday) before 6am Pacific Time are typically shipped the same day or the following business day. Orders processed on the weekend are typically shipped on Monday or Tuesday.

Please advise that custom embroidered products have a production lead time of 10-12 business days. All orders with a combination of stock and custom embroidered items will ship in full together. 

Personalized orders enter production in the order received. Selecting a faster shipping method will only change the speed at which the completed item is shipped to you. Additional rush charges can be applied if an order needs immediate attention and shipment.
