Black Friday

We’re experiencing a high volume of inquiries due to our Black Friday sales event and are working hard to assist everyone. Please know that our team will be in touch as soon as possible, but response times may be up to 1-2 business days.

Due to the holidays we are extending our return timeline to ensure you have the best gift giving experience possible! We will accept returns on purchases made during Black Friday sales event through January 8th, 2025. 

Items with personalization cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping

We use FedEx, and USPS for domestic orders and FedEx for International Shipments. 

You will get a tracking number with your purchase to the email you used at checkout. Generally, we ship small accessories using United States Postal Service and FedEx for larger shipments (ie: Golf Bags) within the continental US. All International Orders have a transit time under 7 days. 

PO Boxes: We cannot ship golf bags to PO Box addresses. Since we ship Golf Bags via FedEx, FedEx does not deliver to Post Office.

Shipping from Portland, Oregon to your location ranges between 1-3 days on the west coast and 4-6 days to the mid-west and east coast. If you need your package to arrive faster, please reference our shipping options at checkout for additional costs that may apply.   

PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURNED ITEMS OR REFUNDS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Orders processed during the business week (Monday-Friday) before 2pm Pacific Time are typically shipped the same day or the next business day. Orders processed on the weekend are typically shipped on Monday or Tuesday.

Yes - Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jones Sports Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and the customer is responsible for the charges.

Orders over $200.00 USD qualifies for free domestic shipping*.

Returns

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Please notify us of any damage upon receipt — we will arrange for a prompt replacement. We cannot accept returns on embroidered, personalized, final sale items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. If, within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return non-embroidered purchases for a refund. Jones Sports Co does not except returns or exchanges that show wear marks or other imperfections due to product usage.

  • The original shipping charge will not be refunded. 
  • Any shipping costs related to the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Exclusions apply to the any online sale which include no promotional discount on Jones Gift Cards and from any discounts.
  • Jones Sports Co. does not accept returns from countries outside of the United States.
  • The last day to return or exchange a item purchased during the Black Friday promotion is Jan. 8th, 2025.

Personalized products with embroidery are not eligible for a refund. 

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Jones, difference in product cost and return shipping to customer.

In the event of a Buy One Get One promotion, whether it's a clearly stated promotion or hidden in the shopping cart, the customer is subject to Jones Sports Co's discretion. The customer may be asked to return both items involved in the promotion or subject to a limited refund amount. Call or email Jones Sports Co. with any questions or concerns.

Unfortunately due to the high shipping cost. Jones Sports Co. does not accept returns from countries outside of the United States. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.
